Have you seen the dragonfly, floating through the air
with wings that opalese like rainbows in flight
Have you captured a dragonfly and held it in your hand
did it make you giddy, feel hard to stand...

I sat on a small island with water all around me
and took in the dragonfly 
or did he take in me?
droplets fell on the water 
I felt the cool rain on my face, 
a heron flew by
and what did my eyes see
a beautiful rainbow to the east
